We take on the work that has to be right: platforms handling volume, systems with real consequences when they fail, and rebuilds of software that has outgrown its original design.

Engagements run as a long-term technical partnership rather than a handover. We stay close to the system through the period that decides whether it holds — and we say so plainly when an approach will not survive contact with production.

Threat modelling, architecture review and hands-on security work from someone who has built the practice, not just the report.

Security added at the end is expensive and rarely convincing. We work at the design level — threat models, trust boundaries, key handling and the certification path — and then verify the implementation matches the intent.

The background here is practitioner-deep: application-security practices built and led, threat models authored for enterprise products, and systems taken through Common Criteria and FIPS certification.
